There are numerous reports about Realme’s upcoming GT 5 series, which is set to be released before the end of the year. These reports provide a clear picture of the performance the smartphones will offer. The latest report reveals the camera specifications of the high-end Realme GT 5 Pro model.
Realme GT 5 Pro’s features revealed
According to a report shared by Digital Chat Station, the Realme GT 5 Pro will feature a circular camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel IMX890 periscope telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel OmniVision OV08D10 ultra-wide-angle sensor. Additionally, there will be a 32-megapixel front-facing selfie camera. At this point, the types and resolutions of other sensors are not yet known.
The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which was announced last week. This chipset is manufactured using a 4nm architecture and includes one 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4 core, three 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 cores, two 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 cores, and two 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The new chipset also features a Ray Tracing-capable Adreno 750 GPU.
The smartphone will come with a curved AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144Hz. It will feature a metal mid-frame and will be dust and water-resistant. The display will also support 10-bit color.
The device will be available with 8/12/16GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 128GB to 1TB. It will be equipped with a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Finally, the device will run on Realme UI 5, based on Android 14, and is expected to be priced starting at $546.
